How often do you provide service?
We offer flexible scheduling, including weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time cleanings, depending on your needs.

Do I need to be home during the service?
No, you don’t need to be home. As long as we have access to your yard, we’ll take care of the cleanup and leave your yard spotless.

What happens if the weather is bad on my service day?
In cases of extreme weather, we may reschedule your service for the next available day. We’ll always keep you informed of any changes.

Is there a charge for the first cleaning?
Yes, initial cleanings may involve an additional charge depending on the condition of the yard, as they typically take longer than routine services.

What do you do with the waste you collect?
We bag and remove all waste from your property and dispose of it properly, ensuring it doesn’t harm the environment.

Can my dogs be in the yard during the service?
Friendly dogs are welcome to be in the yard, but for safety reasons, aggressive or reactive dogs should be kept inside during the service.

How do I pay for the service?
We usually need a card on file for safe, automatic monthly billing. Payments for recurring services are charged in advance. You can also pay with Venmo or PayPal a day before cleaning.
